Grattis (Happy Birthday in Swedish)!
In honour of Tove Jansson's 100th birthday, here is our post on making Snufkin hats! We hope you enjoy making these — especially at any Moomin birthday parties, you might have. We had one and it was pretty fun!
PS here is a hot tip for summer birthday parties (unsponsored, I promise) — you can order a birthday cake from Dairy Queen and include with your order a photo and they will reproduce it exactly on the top of your cake. We scanned in a picture of the moomins and it appeared like magic on our 3rd birthday cake.
